ZQ-B500-2 full-automatic pet stretch blow molding machine is the most stable two-step automatic stretch blow moulding machine. It has one to eight cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is 2.0L. It can blow bottles in shapes: Carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.

Blow Moulding Technique:
A). Preforms are heated by moving along the preheater and self-rotating. Temperature can be adjusted till it is suitable to blow.
B). Preform is tretched vertically and then horizontally, In the hot cavity. Bottle will be shaped by twice blowing treatment to make PET stay at the crystallzing temperature
